The 3-time Grammy nominee shares his workout tracks.
Lukas Graham arrived on the global stage when his debut single “7 Years” became a hit in 2016. The melancholy-yet-infectious track netted the singer and his band three Grammy nominations and was one of the most-downloaded songs of the year. Now, Graham is back with 3 (The Purple Album), his aptly-titled third studio effort that features deeply personal lyrics complemented by melodies that instantly get stuck in your head.
In celebration of the release, Graham put together a workout playlist exclusively for Furthermore that features album standouts “Love Someone” and “Not a Damn Thing Changed,” as well as some of his favorite dance and hip-hop tunes. When it comes to his own fitness routine, Graham keeps it playful: “Gymnastic rings are a great way to stay fit and they’re super fun.” Here, the nine songs he keeps on repeat.
