Including a keto-friendly version with peppers and chicken sausage

Instead of the usual combination of flour, water, and yeast, cauliflower pizza has become all the rage. New York City–based recipe developer Laura Rege pushed the low-carb version further, creating three gluten-free pizza crusts using bases like sweet potato, broccoli, and spinach. “Made with powerhouse vegetables,” she says, “these are great for pizza cravings without the empty carbs.”
