The Black Rock Forest in the Hudson Valley is a “living laboratory” known for its contributions to ecological research. On September 29, join star Equinox talent on a 12-mile hike through the biosphere and up to the summit of Storm King Mountain. (You might even be able to spot Manhattan in the distance.) You’ll dine mountaintop before descending back to the base and returning to Equinox Sports Club for a spa treatment.
