At the Center for Mind-Body Medicine’s five-day “Mind, Mood & Food” training (taking place April 15 to 20 in Big Sur, California), workshops on how to improve mental and emotional well-being through food will be held by experts such as Mark Hyman, MD, director of the Cleveland Clinic Center for Functional Medicine, and Cindy Geyer, MD, medical director at Canyon Ranch in Lenox, Massachusetts.

This Cooper Hewitt, Smithsonian Design Museum exhibit (debuting April 13 in NYC) celebrates the senses other than eyesight. Attendees are invited to touch, hear, and smell interactive installations such as a furry wall with digital sensors that play music to a scent commission by Christopher Brosius, the olfactory artist behind cult brand I Hate Perfume.
