My beach essentials: Gabby Sabharwal

The New York City designer of Giejo swimwear unpacks her summer tote.

Between designing mix-and-match swimwear brand Giejo and her day job as a fashion publicist, Gabby Sabharwal isn't often lounging on a towel with nothing to do. But on the heels of her brands' success — it's sold at Barney’s, Shopbop, and New York’s\Creatures of Comfort, among others — when those quiet days do arise, they're more blissful than ever. “I love going to Cinnamon Bay in St. John,” she says. "We are literally the only people on the beach, it is so rustic." Here, Sabharwal shares her must-haves for a day in the sun.
