The Environmental Film Festival (DCEFF) in the nation’s capital is the largest of its kind, attracting over 20,000 attendees annually. This year, festival-goers will be able to select from more than 100 films that address topics like climate change and the illegal shark fin industry, in addition to taking part in post-screening discussions throughout the city.

dine at new york’s most anticipated hot spots

Hudson Yards, Manhattan’s massive real estate development, débuts its splashy Restaurant Collection this month. Expect more than 25 eateries co-curated by French Laundry chef Thomas Keller, including new spots by Keller and David Chang. A sprawling joint project by Spanish superstars José Andrés and the brothers Ferran and Albert Adrià will consist of three distinctive restaurants, two bars, and 15 kiosks. Equinox’s first hotel will open in the development in June.
