Fruit and nut cereal

1 medium apple, chopped
1 small banana, sliced
¼ cup fresh blueberries
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
¼ cup raw walnuts, chopped
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 teaspoon pure maple syrup (optional)



Place apple, banana, blueberries, flaxseed, walnuts, and cinnamon in an airtight container and keep the milk in a separate airtight container; store everything in the fridge.



Place fruit and nut cereal into a bowl and pour in almond milk. Drizzle with maple syrup if desired.
