Winter citrus yogurt bowl

Get extra vitamin C thanks to grapefruit and mandarin.

1 cup grass-fed plain Greek yogurt
½ grapefruit, supremed
½ mandarin, supremed
3 tablespoons pomegranate seeds



In an airtight container, layer yogurt with citrus segments, pomegranate seeds, and honey. Place granola in a separate container and store everything in the fridge.



Top the yogurt with granola.
