Our fit registry: the culinary couple

A coffee subscription from an NYC hotspot and luxe French cookware were on their wish list.

Lately, some engaged couples are pushing beyond the typical china patterns and flatware sets, asking their friends and family to toast their special day with fitness classes, camping gear, and even high-tech blenders. It's true: fitness registries are having a moment. That’s why Equinox has partnered with Zola, allowing couples to register for memberships and personal training sessions. To give you a better idea of just how healthy a registry can be, Furthermore is profiling a series of high-performing couples—and getting a glimpse at their unique wish lists. First up was adventurous couple Seema Shah and Ajay Kulkarni. Here, meet the second pair.

Elise Voss Runde and Geoff Tresley, self-proclaimed fitness-junkies, recently tied the knot in Laguna Beach, California. Then, they headed to Bora Bora for a very fit honeymoon. “Every morning we did a quick run around the island and we went paddleboarding almost every day," says Voss Runde. "We also did some circuit training together, always trying to keep the workouts outside to enjoy the beauty of the location.” Intending to stay just as active post-honeymoon, the couple's registry was full of wellness-related items.
