What’s your signature exercise?

My signature exercise move is the dumbbell snatch.

What was the inspiration behind your class at PROJECT?

My class was formatted using specific kinds of HIIT, strength, and power training to be an extremely effective, stress-relieving, and empowering experience. My goal is always to make people feel awesome about themselves when they leave the room. I know that the confidence one can gain from my class can directly correlate to other areas of life: I aim to make someone their best both inside and out.

What are the top three songs on your workout playlist?

“Move Bitch (Defreakz Bootleg)” by Ludacris, “Everybody Needs a Man (Michael Truitt Video Edit)” by Offer Nissim, and “Let Me Love You (Filipe Guerra Remix)” by DJ Filipe Guerra.

What are your go-to pre- and post-workout snacks?

Rarely anything pre-workout; I like to do fasted training. Post-workout, I'll grab a smoothie from Juice Press.

How do you regenerate?

I take Sundays off and try to do something physically or mentally restorative, like getting a massage.
