The ultimate day: Boston

How Fresh co-founder Lev Glazman lives it up in Beantown.

As a visionary responsible for the exceptional products and impeccable packaging of Fresh, co-founder Lev Glazman brings a higher-than-normal taste level to any room. So of course his stylish influence can be felt throughout Boston, a city he's called home for over 20 years, and that has served as the backdrop for the evolution of his business — a small soap company co-founded with his wife turned global mega-brand. For Glazman, a perfect day in the historic New England city would kick off like nearly any other. "I go to Equinox almost every morning," he says. "I love my private pilates class." Here, Glazman describes how else he would spend a day in The Hub:

"My favorite breakfast is at Metropolis Café. I usually meet my daughters there. It's very cozy and the food is great."

"Machine Age is one of my favorite stores. It's not far from my house, and I love it because I collect mid-century furniture. It's full of special, one-of-a-kind pieces, like vintage posters or light fixtures. It's truly has the best collections of mid-century art, furniture and objects in the country."
